Producer / Production Coordinator

Role Summary: The Producer / Production Coordinator position focuses on all facets of the Infitium production department. This position shares the responsibility of managing editor schedules, learning and taking on producer duties, prioritizing projects, handling department billing, monitoring team members lists, and using critical thinking and strategy to solve issues that come up in the day-to-day workflow. It is crucial that the candidate possess the following skillset: extreme organization and attention to detail, task driven, ability to multi-task, time efficient, and ability to function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in producing content through Pinnacle’s in-house production company, Infitium Productions, and schedule post-production edits for Retail, Tier-2, and Tier-3 clients
  • Manage in-house and out-of-house editors schedules
  • Oversee and monitor the daily list of our editors and work closely with team members to prioritize workflow
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and accurately
  • Create work orders, estimates, order voiceovers, purchase stock footage in order to prepare for the post-production process
  • Act as the liaison between the editors and the account team. Provide all assets needed to complete the post-production phase to the editors
  • Proof all work from the editors for accuracy and get approval from creative directors before sending to account teams for approval
  • Oversee production billing
  • Confirm that all projects get billed out and collaborate with the account teams and accounting to receive payment for all projects that go through Infitium Productions
  • Sit in on interviews and assist in choosing new employees for our department who best demonstrate our company’s values
  • Monitor production tracker and push the account team to close out any jobs that are completed
  • Initiate solutions when problems arise in all facets of the production department
  • Work with interns to assure they have enough work to last them throughout their day
  • Learn traffic and delivery to act as back-up when Traffic Manager or Assistant Editor are out of the office
  • Run monthly pipeline prep meetings to work ahead for the coming months
  • Save all signed talent releases from shoots onto Pinnacle server
  • Assign three digit ISCI codes to new clients
